MYSTERY-MAKING WITH SISTERS IN CRIME! – WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2021, 7 PM

In this fun, fast paced improv game, four authors, representing different sub-genres in mystery fiction – from cozy/traditional to thriller/suspense – will brainstorm to create a brand-new mystery. They will be using suggestions from the audience, and thereby offer insights into the workings of mystery authors’ minds and the conventions of the genre.

The four authors who will join us this evening are Lisa Braxton, Clea Simon, J.A. McIntosh and Richard Cass.

Sisters in Crime New England is a chapter of the international organization Sisters in Crime. They are authors, readers, publishers, agents, booksellers, and librarians bound by their passion for the mystery genre and their support of women who write mysteries. They welcome Sisters and Brothers in Crime from anywhere who have an interest in the New England mystery community.

This virtual event is open to the general public and free of charge, but does require registration on Eventbrite.
